Our Monthly Prices

Luxury Assisted Living has 4 bedrooms: 2 shared rooms and 2 private rooms. Prices are flexible depending on the level of care needed.

Respite Stay Prices

Respite Care refers to short-term temporary stays. Our respite rates are $350 or $450 per day, depending on room type.

We require a minimum of 7 consecutive days. We also charge a non-refundable $500 move-in fee for the assessment of the resident.

If the respite stay converts into a long-term stay within consecutive days, then the Facility will credit all fees already paid towards the long-term fees owed.

We offer special rates for a respite stay of 30 consecutive days.

Availability

As of June 2023 we have all 6 beds available.

We accept residents which best match the needs of our current residents here.

(When we say “1 bed available” it means that we can only accept 1 resident. 1 bed can not be shared by 2 people.)

We offer a waiting list for future availabilities.

The waiting list has no priority, but rather we choose residents that have the highest level of compatibility with the current residents here

The Fine Print

Our rates are locked in for 1 year at a time and we have a maximum increase of up to 5% per year afterwards based on the Cost of Living Index. We only accept private pay & Long-Term insurance. Not all insurances may cover our costs; please check with your insurance.
